B. Information Collected Automatically (Child Mode Only):

When operating in Child Mode, we automatically collect the following information to enforce parental controls and time limits:

Device and Diagnostic Data: We may collect certain information about your device, including your device's operating system version, the time and date of use, and other diagnostic data. This is often collected through Firebase services like Google Analytics for Firebase.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We may share your information in the following situations:

• With Service Providers: We use third-party services like Google (Firebase, Google Cloud) to power our app's backend, database, and authentication. These services have access to your data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
• For Legal Reasons: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or a government agency).

4. Data Storage and Security

The security of your data is important to us.

Storage: Your data is stored both locally on your device and synchronized to the cloud (Firebase Firestore, a service provided by Google) to enable parent access across devices. Google employs strong security measures to protect its infrastructure.

Encryption: All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted in transit using:

• Transport Layer Security (TLS)
• gRPC secure channels
• Firebase SDK encryption protocols

Data at rest in Firebase Firestore is also encrypted using Google's encryption standards.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary to provide you with the Service and for legitimate and essential business purposes.

Current Retention: Activity monitoring data (app usage, timestamps, browsing history) is currently retained for the duration of your account.

Planned Updates: We are implementing automatic data retention policies that will automatically delete activity monitoring data older than 30-60 days.

Account Deletion: You have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated data. You can initiate this request by:

Upon receiving a deletion request, we will permanently delete your account and associated personal data from our systems within a reasonable timeframe, unless we are required by law to retain certain information.

6. Children's Privacy

Our Service is designed as a parental control tool and may be used on devices of children under parental supervision. Parents or legal guardians must provide consent and configure the Service.

We collect data only after the parent has verified their identity, created an account, and physically installed the app on the child's device, thereby granting verified parental consent.
